Bending is the transformation of materials such as sheets or plates into a specific angle (greater or less than 90 degrees). This transformation is achieved with precision using CNC machinery (Computer Numerical Control), between a V-shaped punch (male) and a V-shaped die (female).
We have the experience and capacity to offer quality bending services. Our engineering department, through a system (DBen), programs the bending process. Once loaded into the bending machine, an experienced operator feeds and validates the precision of the established bends. We have CNC machinery with a pressing capacity of 100 and 130 tons of force, with a useful length of 3000mm. Technical observations for bending: for gauge 24 up to gauge 14 in pieces measuring 3000mm in length; for gauge 12 and 10 up to 2500mm in length, for gauge 3/16 up to 1500mm, and for gauge 1/4 up to 1000mm in length.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we conduct technical meetings with the client, our product engineering, production, quality, and process departments. We have also implemented a quality planning procedure in subcontracting to minimize or eliminate the risks of errors in the process.
